Returns and withdrawal policy

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The period starts when you, or a person you appoint, take physical possession of the goods.

How to withdraw

Use the form on the Withdrawal / Return page, or write to comenzi@bunatati.eu or call 0775371509 with your order number and the products concerned. You will receive confirmation of your withdrawal.

Returning goods and refunds

Send the goods back within 14 days of withdrawing. We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of withdrawal, using the same payment method. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer unless we agree otherwise.

Exceptions

By law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods or goods that may spoil or expire quickly, to sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, or to goods made to your specification. For food, please check the goods on receipt.

Damaged or non-conforming goods

If goods are damaged, non-conforming or past their best-before date, tell us immediately with photos and we will replace them or refund you.
